After an exciting weekend that saw some of the heavyweights play out close matches, the Premier League returns this midweek with even bigger football games!
There are plenty of storylines to watch out for, but my betting tips will focus on Crystal Palace’s fight for survival, Manchester United’s chase of Manchester City, and Tottenham’s battle for form.
Brighton & Hove Albion vs Crystal Palace (November 29, 03:45 GMT+8)
Hopes are high at Selhurst after Roy Hodgson and the Eagles took four points in their last two outings. Sure enough, Hodgson knows their performance against the Potters wasn’t the best they played, but the win should give his players confidence as they try to get out of the drop zone.
The Seagulls, however, will make life hard for them, especially after displaying some terrific defence that limited United to just one goal in their last game.
Given the situation, I don’t think Palace will leave the Amex without a point, so a 🌟🌟 bet on 1×2 Draw @ 3.05 is the way to go for me.
Leicester City vs Tottenham Hotspur (November 29, 03:45 GMT+8)
Harry Kane and Son Heung-min are bright spots for the Spurs, but Mauricio Pochettino needs to set up his side better if they want a top-four finish.
Leicester might have a poor home form, but there’s no doubt they have a good chance if they can defend well and exploit Tottenham’s lack of creativity. After all, this Spurs team dropped points against teams like Swansea, Burnley and most recently, West Brom.
It’s still hard to bet against the Spurs particularly if you consider their 6-1 drubbing of the Foxes last term. Nonetheless, their current form suggests this match won’t be as high-scoring and dominant as that one. If you’re punting, Goals Under 2.50 @ 2.12 should be a solid 🌟🌟🌟 choice.
Watford vs Manchester United (November 29, 04:00 GMT+8)
In what is expected to be one of the most exciting fixtures of Week 14, Watford and Manchester United meet in a match that has goals written all over it.
Both teams have won their last two Premier League games, tallying five goals each in that period. Watford look dangerous with Richarlison heading the frontline, while United remain in fine form with Paul Pogba back and running.
The Red Devils failed to create clear-cut chances against Brighton, but that shouldn’t be a problem against Marco Silva’s Hornets that aren’t really known for their defence. With that said, another 🌟🌟 tip from me is Man United Asian Handicap -1.00 @ 2.20.
I expect them to be on the front foot at Wembley from the start, although the Baggies will put in a shift.
