NBA: The Bulls are Ready to Take the League by Storm

countdown banner

The Bulls are on a roll to kick off the 2021/22 NBA season. With two wins on the bounce, they can make it three in a row when they host the Pistons.

Elsewhere, the Hawks, Heat, Timberwolves, and Grizzlies are planning to extend their win streaks while the Cavaliers, Pacers, Mavericks, Pelicans, Pistons, Blazers, and Clippers hope to get into the win column sooner than later.

With eight games on the menu, let’s examine what’s in store for SBOTOP NBA fans tomorrow.

Atlanta Hawks @ Cleveland Cavaliers

The Hawks are off to a good start and they have a winnable contest against the Cavaliers.

Atlanta defeated Dallas in their opener with a score of 113-87 as six players scored in double digits. Cam Reddish led the team in scoring with 20 despite coming off the bench while Trae Young dropped a 19-point, 14-assist double-double.

The Cavaliers, meanwhile, are losers of two straight and their defense has been a problem since they’ve conceded at least 120 points against the Grizzlies and Hornets.

Collin Sexton is fresh from a 33-point effort in the last time out. But unfortunately, his backcourt mate in Darius Garland is questionable for this game due to a sprained ankle.

Miami Heat @ Indiana Pacers

The Heat are coming into this game on a high following their impressive opener against the defending champions. Miami demolished Milwaukee with a score of 137-95 thanks to the efforts of their key players.

Tyler Herro came off the bench and dropped a team-high of 27 points while Jimmy Butler and Bam Adebayo had 21 and 20 respectively.

Indiana, on the other hand, have suffered back-to-back heartbreakers to start the season.

The Pacers collapsed against the Hornets and the Wizards, but the good news is that their stars in Malcolm Brogdon and Domantas Sabonis have been playing great.

Betting Tip – Miami Heat Asian Handicap -3.50 @ 1.85

Dallas Mavericks @ Toronto Raptors

Dallas are gunning for their inaugural win of the season as they continue their East-coast road trip.

The Mavericks lost to the Hawks in their first game and they must play much better against the Raptors.

Giannis Antetokounmpo is expected to play better for Milwaukee Bucks in their upcoming NBA match with San Antonio Spurs

After losing in their first match, the Raptors got back on track with a resounding road win against the Celtics.

Rookie forward Scottie Barnes led Toronto with a 25-point, 13-rebound double-double and a big test awaits him when he takes on Luka Doncic and co. for the first time.

Betting Tip – Dallas Mavericks Asian Handicap -3.00 @ 1.87

New Orleans Pelicans @ Minnesota Timberwolves

It has been so far so good for the Timberwolves as they plan to exceed their NBA 2021 odds this season.

Minnesota just defeated Houston in their opener and their stars have come to play in the said game.

Karl-Anthony Towns, Anthony Edwards, and D’Angelo Russell combined for 81 points and they’ll look to keep it going against a vulnerable Pelicans squad.

New Orleans are in danger of losing their third straight following their blowout defeats against Philadelphia and Chicago.

Zion Williamson is still sidelined due to fitness concerns, so Brandon Ingram, Jonas Valanciunas, and Devonte Graham will all have to shoulder the load offencively.

Betting Tip – Minnesota Timberwolves Asian Handicap -7.00 @ 2.05

Detroit Pistons @ Chicago Bulls

The NBA 2021 highlights keep on coming for the Bulls as they’ve become the best NBA team  much to our surprise with back-to-back wins to start.

One of them was against the Pistons in the opener and they’ll meet them again tomorrow at the Bulls’ home floor.

The quartet of Zach LaVine, DeMar DeRozan, Lonzo Ball, and Nikola Vucevic has proven to be a handful and they’ll look to deal the Pistons their second straight loss.

With Cade Cunningham yet to make his NBA debut, Jerami Grant, Saddiq Bey, and Isaiah Stewart are to lead the line for Detroit.

Milwaukee Bucks @ San Antonio Spurs

After suffering a setback against the Heat, the Bucks come to San Antonio searching for their second victory of the season following their opener against the Nets.

Giannis Antetokounmpo and Khris Middleton had an off-night in the last time out and we expect them to play much better against the Spurs.

San Antonio lost in a tight game against Denver yesterday following their opening win over Orlando. Keldon Johnson, Dejounte Murray, and Derrick White will lead the Spurs’ youth movement and they’re in for a huge learning experience versus the defending champions.

Phoenix Suns @ Portland Trail Blazers

Two topnotch backcourts are in for an explosive matchup out west as the Suns visit the Blazers at the Moda Center. Devin Booker and Chris Paul will spearhead the Suns’ charge, while Damian Lillard and CJ McCollum are tasked to carry the Blazers.

The Suns handed the Lakers their second straight loss and they made history in the process as Chris Paul became the first NBA player ever to notch at least 20,000 points and 10,000 assists in his career.

Portland, meanwhile, will try to defend home court by beating Phoenix after coming off of a narrow defeat against Sacramento.

Memphis Grizzlies @ Los Angeles Clippers

Ja Morant and the Grizzlies take their act at Staples Center to meet Paul George and the Clippers.

The Grizzlies started their campaign on a high note with a win over the Cavaliers, while the Clippers lost a close one to the Warriors.

The Clippers are considered as the underdogs for this match because they’re undermanned. Nicolas Batum is out for personal reasons while Kawhi Leonard, Serge Ibaka, Jason Preston, and Keon Johnson are also shelved due to injuries.
