The Brazilian has made the curious decision to exclude players such as Hector Herrera, Hector Moreno, Javier Hernandez and Andres Guardado from the side has raised more than a couple of eyebrows. The four are easily the best players in the squad, and excluding them in the Argentina games will only make things challenging for El Tri.
However, the Brazilian gaffer seemed to have considered the exhaustion some of his biggest stars would endure from making the trip. If this iteration of La Abliceleste manages to pull off a strong result against Mexico, then the places left behind by Messi and company will be at risk.
