It’s heating up in Spain for Football Betting

countdown banner

A week ago, Real Madrid’s midweek defeat in Valencia saw a seismic shift in betting odds as Barca fans leapt out of their chairs. But Los Blancos recovered their nerves to come back from two down to win at Villarreal on Monday.

It’s all bubbling up and now there’s another full programme of league matches this week, and we’ll be right there at SBOBET with Asian Handicap betting.

WEEK 25 WEDNESDAY:

Real Sociedad vs Eibar

Two form teams meet, fifth and seventh respectively and both with four wins in the last six. Eibar have ambitions of winning a Europa League place, but Sociedad have set their sights higher. A home win is at 1.86 and away win at 4.30, but is a draw at 3.35 the value bet?

Valencia vs Leganes

Leganes breathed life into their campaign to win a second season in La Liga’s top division with a fantastic 4-0 win over Deportivo, and now have a priceless four-point cushion from the drop. Valencia have found its form recently to move up to 13th but still isn’t safe.

Malaga vs Real Betis

Two out-of-form teams in 14th and 15th meet in Malaga; but the hosts did manage a win last time they were at home over Las Palmas. Both lost at the weekend though, so a draw at 3.45 may be on the cards here.

WEEK 25 THURSDAY:

Real Madrid vs Las Palmas

A home match against Las Palmas may be just what Los Blancos need to settle any nerves creeping in. The visitors have lost four on the bounce and with an 11-point cushion to the drop zone; the Canary Islanders’ season looks to be fizzling out.

Barcelona vs Sporting Gijon

Luis Enrique’s Barca may be hitting its straps at the perfect moment, in the Copa del Rey final and with the Champions League unlikely to be a distraction for much longer. A vital win over Atletico has put Barcelona in a strong position to challenge Real. Sporting look like cannon fodder here and you can get 1.84 on Barcelona to be leading at half-time with a -1.25 handicap.

Osasuna vs Villarreal

The Yellow Submarine needs to recover some momentum to stay in the Europa qualifying places, and this is a fine opportunity to do just that. Osasuna look doomed already with just one win in 24 games. It’s unlikely to become two anytime soon!

Celta Vigo vs Espanyol

Tenth plays ninth and this could be a cracker with both teams in decent form and plenty of attacking threat. Celta’s Iago Aspas on 13 and Espanyol’s Gerard Moreno, on nine goals, were both on target at the weekend.

Granada vs Alaves

Granada are making a decent fist of getting out of trouble with six points from the last four games, but this probably isn’t the best time to welcome Alaves, full of confidence after reaching the cup final and with three wins in four.

WEEK 25 FRIDAY:

Sevilla vs Athletic Club

Jorge Sampaoli’s men are right in the chase for the top spot and after a small wobble have won the last three, as well as being on target for a Champions League quarter-final place. Athletic Club are chasing a Europa slot but have lost five and drawn one on their last six travels.

Deportivo vs Atletico Madrid

Diego Simeone has an eye on Champions League progress too, but after defeat to Barcelona, his Atletico team is falling off the pace in La Liga. Alarm bells will be ringing in Deportivo, only two points above the bottom three after a 4-0 drubbing at the hands of Leganes.
