After their thrilling Wembley win in the League Cup Final, United will be hot favourites as they welcome another club from the south coast.
Victory will take them up to fourth and into a Champions League spot at least for a few hours.
Despite the incentive, it won’t be as straightforward as many think with Eddie Howe demanding an improved showing from his Cherries side who are sliding closer to the relegation battle.
They may not be soft touches at Old Trafford, but I still expect United to make the better start en-route to victory.

Stoke City vs Middlesbrough (March 4, 23:00 GMT+8)
Stoke seemed to lack real belief as they collapsed in the first half at Spurs last weekend.
Once a rarity, it is not the first time this season Mark Hughes’ side have looked well off the pace and fans are concerned it is too regular an occurrence.
Opponents Boro are defensively well organised but, despite spending £12 million on two strikers two months ago, they are struggling for goals.
With these two sides fairly low in confidence, Hughes will demand a reaction to the Spurs capitulation and I think he will get it.

Liverpool vs Arsenal (March 5, 01:30 GMT+8)
Two clubs go head to head with their main aim to qualify for the Champions League next season.
Error-strewn performances have been evident of late but they both remain handily poised, and the victors will steal a march in the race for the top four.
With both sides suspect defensively and needing to win, I think it’s got a point apiece written all over it.
