The NBA yesterday featured scintillating performances by some of the best out there, while we’ve seen a couple of games that went down to the wire as well.
Damian Lillard and D’Angelo Russell led the way in scoring by hitting past the half-century mark in points while Nikola Jokic and Bojan Bogdanovic knocked down the game-winning shots for their respective clubs.
Tomorrow’s set of games should continue to produce some of the best NBA 2019 highlights as usual, and SBOBET is here once again to give you a sneak peek on what’s ahead tomorrow.
Boston Celtics @ San Antonio Spurs
Buoyed by the superb play of Kemba Walker and Gordon Hayward, the Celtics are rolling for the past few games. However, they will have to get past the San Antonio Spurs if they’ll extend their winning streak to seven games.
That should be a daunting, yet doable task for Boston as they’ve only won once in San Antonio for the past eight years.
The Celtics are fresh off from a win against Charlotte, where Kemba Walker made his emotional return. Jayson Tatum and Gordon Hayward led the way with 23 and 20 points respectively.
Meanwhile, the Spurs recently won against the Thunder as LaMarcus Aldridge poured in 39 points on 19-for-23 shooting while Dejounte Murray almost dropped a triple-double.
Boston are getting closer to 100-per cent as they got Jaylen Brown back healthy while Enes Kanter’s knee is getting better by the day. Derrick White is also expected to be back for San Antonio after suffering a sore back.
Betting tip: Celtics Asian Handicap +1.50 @1.87
New Orleans Pelicans @ Charlotte Hornets
Two struggling teams are set to meet at the Spectrum Center tomorrow.
The Pelicans, who own the league worst record (1-7), are looking to arrest their three-game losing skid while the Hornets are planning to close out their homestand with a win.
Leading the way for New Orleans is Brandon Ingram, who recently tallied a career-best 40 points in their game versus the Nets. On the other hand, Charlotte will continue to rely on their youngsters in Devonte Graham, Terry Rozier, and Miles Bridges.
Betting tip: Hornets Asian Handicap +1.00 @1.97
Houston Rockets @ Chicago Bulls
The Rockets will continue their friendly road schedule as they’ll lock horns with the Bulls at the United Center tomorrow.
The visitors are currently on a two-game winning streak with victories over the Golden State Warriors and the Memphis Grizzlies. The Bulls, on the other hand, are coming off a huge win against the Hawks after losing to the Pacers and the Lakers last week.
Chicago will not have one of its key players in Otto Porter Jr., who is sidelined due to a foot complaint. Second-year forward Chandler Hutchison is expected to take his place.
Facing the high-scoring Rockets should pose a big challenge for the Jim Boylen-coached squad as the visitors have scored 100-plus points in every game this season.
The new-look Rockets are to be led by James Harden and Russell Westbrook. The two have been posting scoring norms of 36.5 and 20.7 points respectively.
Chicago will hope that the trio of Zach LaVine, Lauri Markkanen, and Wendell Carter Jr. can offset the volume production of the Rockets’ duo.
Betting tip: Rockets Asian Handicap -7.00 @2.01
Dallas Mavericks @ Memphis Grizzlies
The Mavericks are set to take their act at the FedEx Forum where they will face the Grizzlies who are coming off a humiliating loss against the Orlando Magic last Friday night.
The home team would hope that they won’t have another rough shooting night especially against an in-form Mavericks squad.
Dallas are very dangerous on the road as they’re the only NBA team left who are yet to lose while going away.
After back-to-back wins versus the Cavaliers and Magic, they were defeated by the New York Knicks after a 29-point outburst by Marcus Morris.
Dallas will look to make amends by continuing to rely on the production of Luka Doncic and Kristaps Porzingis. Memphis, meanwhile, are to be carried by the leading Rookie of the Year candidate in Ja Morant.
Betting tip: Mavericks Asian Handicap
Golden State Warriors @ Oklahoma City Thunder
The Oklahoma City Thunder are set to host the Golden State Warriors who are still missing their key players with Steph Curry, Klay Thompson, and Draymond Green all sidelined indefinitely due to injuries.
They will have a chance to improve their win-loss record on this one, especially after losing a close tiff against the Spurs care of LaMarcus Aldridge’s scoring outburst.
The Billy Donovan-mentored club is to be led by the young Shai Gilgeous-Alexander and some notable vets in Danilo Gallinari and Chris Paul. The three have been leading the team in scoring.
For the Warriors, they will be headlined by D’Angelo Russell, who just scored 52 points in their game against Minnesota. Supporting him are the likes of Eric Paschall, Alec Burks, and Glenn Robinson III.
Our NBA 2019 odds clearly favour the home team on this one, and we expect this to be a high-scoring affair.
Betting tip: Thunder Asian Handicap -12.00 @1.96
